Updating Tracking Details Manually

Step 1: Place an Order using your Email ID.

Goto Shop and Place an Order using your Email ID.

Goto Plugin Settings

Step 2: The Orders Page

Goto WooCommerce Orders page and select the order you have placed.

Step 3: Update Tracking Details Manually

Visit the Shipment Tracking field on the Right-Side of the page and enter the Tracking Details (Shipping Carrier, Tracking ID & Shipment Date).
Click on Save/Show Tracking Info to save the tracking details.

Step 4: Change Order Status

Now change the Order Status to Completed, to send the Tracking Details to the customers via Email

Step 5: Check Email

Once you change the Order Status to Complete, you (customers) will get an Order Completion Email including the Tracking ID as well as the Link to track your shipment.


Updating Tracking Details In Bulk using CSV Import

Step 1: Place an Order using your Email ID

Goto Shop and Place an Order using your Email ID.

Goto Plugin Settings

Step 2: The Import Section

Go to WooCommerce >> Shipment Tracking Import on the admin side.

Now click on Import to visit the Import Section. Here you can upload the CSV file containing the Tracking Details.

Step 3: Updating the CSV

The CSV file must be in a certain format to upload successfully. You can Download and Update a Sample CSV here. Change the Order Number(s) in the sample CSV file based on the order that you have created.

Step 4: Uploading the CSV

Click on Choose File and select the CSV. Once you have selected the file with Tracking Details in accurate format, click on Upload File And Import to successfully import the tracking details.

Step 5: Auto-Completed Orders

Once the file is successfully uploaded, the Order will be automatically marked as Completed.

Step 6: Check Email

You (customers) will get an Order Completion Email including the Tracking ID as well as the Link to track the shipment.


Updating Tracking Details Automatically from a Remote Server using FTP

Step 1: FTP Import

Go to WooCommerce >> Shipment Tracking Import and select Enable FTP option.

Step 2: Enter FTP Details

Enter the FTP Details and path of the CSV file in the server.

Step 3: Enable Auto-Import

Enable the option to automatically schedule the CSV Import.

Step 4: Schedule Import

Directly upload a CSV file from your computer by clicking on Choose File.
Note: The time shown here is the server time. You have to enter the scheduled time based on the server time.

Step 5: The Orders page

After the scheduled time has passed, visit the Orders Page to check whether the Tracking Details are updated in the orders. The orders which have been updated will be marked as CompletedĀ and the Tracking Details will be automatically included in the Order Completion Email.


Adding New Shipping Carrier For Tracking

Step 1: The Plugin Settings

Goto Tracking Data section in the plugin settings.

Go to Plugin Settings

Step 2: Adding A New Carrier

Goto the end of the Text Field and enter the name of a new shipping carrier.

Step 3: Carrier Name & Tracking URL

Then enter the tracking URL of the new carrier. Save the changes.

Step 4: The Orders page

Visit the Orders Page and select an order. Goto the Shipment Tracking and find your new shipping carrier in the dropdown list.
